That thing you saw hanging on that sign. That you didn't know what it was. It was a dog proof Coon trap and the triangular part with the spiral on it. Oddly enough with a dog tie out. Used to stake the Coon trap down so the Coon cannot get away. Somebody found it. Probably deactivated it and left it hanging there so they could get it. Because they didn't like the idea of trapping.

Also, looks like you got an Osmo Pocket 3! I got mine for my solo trips and I absolutely LOVE the video quality/features it has for so small a size and weight! On those long hikes with large elevation gains, that small size/weight is a blessing indeed! Love to know what features you like the most/least, etc. Great video!

I’m hoping you can help me with a question. I had seen Thomas talk about his way of hiking that helped him to hike better. I’m heading out west & will be hiking some National Park trails & I cannot recall Thomas’s technique. I have tried rewatching your videos. I have watched so many but I can’t locate that video. Can you let me know the technique or which video I can find it? Thank you very much!

Your episodes revive the love of backpacking in this old guy who can no longer have the experience. Brings back memories of past trips, the camaraderie and the post-hike restaurant stop. Always great photography, tasteful and appropriate music compositions and good editing. The botany is so interesting and makes your channel unique. Some suggestions - maybe a bit more geology and some references and campfire discussions on well-known philosophers of nature like Thoreau or Muir?

Robby. Could you please do a video on what you wear on your hikes? Jackets, shirts, hiking boots, etc.

When I 1st 👀 Robbie eating that sleeping bag sized sub....I 💭 he was crazy since it's rough having to take a big 💩 while on a trail especially if it's more well traveled😅.We eat a very high fiber diet in our 🏡 so a big meal like that would end up on the trail... Except it wouldn't be nice food anymore 🤗.
